I have served as a public servant for approximately 34 years as a tax collector and chief appraiser for the County of Zapata before deciding to retire December 2010. I had been interested in real estate and felt that the experience gained in the tax/appraisal fields will support to pursue a second career as a realtor. I decided to join the professional agency of Suttle and Company to learn from the best family that offers a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. I believe that work should be a place where one looks forward to. I had been active in my community by serving in several local clubs such as the Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club, South Texas Food Bank, Parental Advisory Committee, Director of the 4-H Club, and Little League. I am a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and a member of the National Society of Political Science. I first felt in love with the Hill Country many years ago and have not stopped visiting every year since then until my husband “Buddy” and I decided to buy property here in 2004. Buddy and I have been married for fifteen years and together we have five (5) children, two (2) sons-inlaw, and two (2) grandsons. I look forward to serving Real County and the surrounding areas! Come by and visit us.
